An award-winning leader, experienced marketing industry professional and Amazon best-selling author, Kristina holds a dual role as the COO of [INVNT GROUP], the global BrandStory project™, a growing portfolio of disciplines designed to help forward-thinking brands everywhere, impact the audiences that matter, anywhere, and CEO of INVNT, the global live brand storytelling agency™.

She co-founded INVNT alongside Scott Cullather, the President and CEO of [INVNT GROUP], in 2008 – at the height of the last recession – with the aim of shaking up the live events industry with a new kind of agency model, attitude, agency culture and results driven approach to live brand storytelling.

As CEO of INVNT, Kristina is responsible for the smooth operation and ongoing growth of the agency, which has expanded to eight offices in five countries since its inception. She remains heavily involved in the agency’s largest and longest standing accounts, and strategizes with the leaders of INVNT’s fellow [INVNT GROUP] brands to help clients not only express their brandstories in live settings in powerfully potent ways, but create seamless interconnected experiences across multiple platforms and audiences.

Kristina’s background lies in the creative industries, having graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater. She has both directed and performed On and Off Broadway, and entered the world of live in her twenties, quickly rising up the ranks to become an Executive Producer by the late 1990s.

She is a proud mother, active mentor, philanthropist and thought leader, having co-authored ForbesBooks’ Challenge EverythingTM: The Battle Cry That Blew Sh*t Up and INVNTd Live Brand StorytellingTM, which is aimed at budding entrepreneurs, CMOs and business leaders. Kristina contributes to media including Entrepreneur, Inc., The Drum, PCMA and Event Industry News, is a certified ForbesSpeaker, and shares her best practice insights and advice at events including Event Marketer’s EventTech and the Untethered virtual summit.
